If for any reason you our not happy with your purchase, please return your item along with the receipt.
We are happy to refund any items, as long as they’ve not been used and tags have not been removed (Please note that if the item is in a sealed plastic casing such as a compass or headtorch then it must be returned unopened). RAW Outdoors complies with Distance Selling Regulations, so if you intend to return goods you must inform us either by email, in writing or by telephone within 7 days of purchase. You then have upto 28 days to return the goods. All initial costs will be refunded including any postage that you paid for the order to be delivered. If you have not notified us within seven days we will issue a voucher to the value of the goods initially ordered.
We are also happy to exchange goods, however please note we charge £3.00 within the UK to cover postage for new items to be sent out. Customers outside the UK please note that we will charge the standard postage cost to your country. Any postage incurred by you for returns is not refunded unless the item is faulty
If we have sent you a wrong item which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item.
